Communal meals can be taken if desired as the kitchen easily fits a dining table and chairs. One end of the kitchen has patio doors onto an attractive and spacious garden, while the other meets the large and comfortably furnished lounge.  The house meets all the council's requirements in terms of gas and electricity safety and fire regulations.

The very private back garden is maintained at intervals over the year by gardeners. If tenants wish to prepare the garden for a special occasion between gardeners' visits, we can lend tools. There is a secure shed for bikes and the security lights double as lights for evening use of the garden. At the front of the house there is off-road parking for two cars.
