About 33 Church Lane

33 Church Lane is a comfortable house for 6.  It is very well insulated with cavity wall insulation, generous loft insulation and double glazing throughout.  This all helps to keep utility bills manageable.   Security is a high priority for us and there are security lights on each side of the building. Access to the back garden is via a locked gate behind which bicycles can be stored under cover.  The property has been recently re-roofed and has a modern boiler which ensures constant hot water.

The spacious modern kitchen offers two fridge freezers, a washer drier, a dishwasher and a microwave.  It is large enough to accommodate a dining table.  The lounge is comfortably furnished and there are plenty of electric sockets in each room.  All the bedrooms are of a good size and furnished with double beds, desks and ample storage.  There is a newly refurbished shower room and lavatory downstairs and a bath, over-bath shower and another lavatory upstairs.

The house meets all the council's licensing requirements  relating to fire,  gas and electrical safety.

The house has a large garden which leads down to a stream and bird sanctuary at the far end.  We send gardeners in to maintain the garden several times of year, though if you are planning a special occasion between their visits we can lend you gardening equipment.  There is off-road parking for a couple of cars.
